if you binge:
- you’ll be riddled with guilt
- you’ll be gaining maybe a few pounds for just a few minutes of eating junk food
- you won’t fit into those cute clothes
- you’ll never be perfect
- your “ugw” will be pointless
- all of the restricting, saying no to food & working out will be pointless
- you won’t be weightless, or tiny
- you won’t get to stroke your pretty little bones & be proud of what you did to get here
- you’ll never love yourself
if you don’t binge:
- you can go exercise instead
- or make some tea
- you’ll feel much less guilty when you eventually eat a snack
- the empowerment when you overcome the craving is awesome
- you’ll be able to wear whatever you want
- you’ll get closer to your gw
- people will wonder how you did it
- you’ll be disgusted at other people’s lack of control yet so proud of your own
- you’ll actually look forward to weighing yourself to see how much weight has gone
